Barefoot Contessa – How Easy is That – Ina Garten Fabulous recipes and easy tips…
I must admit I have been watching Ina Garten and her cooking shows for some time now. Ina is always sending Jeffrey out to shop or cooking for him and the show projects a very reassuring cooking and family vibe. It is fun to watch and the recipes are straightforward and as the show is based in the US we see a different approach, however Ina is very much a European cook and her selection of ingredients can be bought each side of the Atlantic.
Back to the book: we are seeing some of the easiest every day recipes.
We have a selection of cocktails, starters, lunch, dinner, vegetables and desserts to whet our appetite. Ina is an outgoing and gregarious cook, with a gentle but inspiring touch that comes across on the TV shows and Ina designs recipes that are fresh and mostly just exude ingredients that look so health giving.
