The final episode of the show when they visit their family connections.
They start off in Guangzhou, birthplace of Cantonese cuisine, sample Dim Sum.
Ken goes to Hong Kong and cooks for relatives he hasn’t seen for 23 years. Ching goes across the Taiwan strait toTaiwan.
A final meal in Hong Kong.

How to follow Gordon and create the perfect three-course festive feast: turkey and herb butter, serve it with chestnut, pistachio, sage, sausage and apricot stuffing. What about some apple and sherry gravy and add some spiced and honey-glazed carrots and parsnips, add Brussels sprouts, bacon and chilli and the best goose fat roast potatoes.

Maybe it is time to think of the best way of choosing cooking related gifts for Christmas? As we have links to a number of reputable online services, consider Amazon or Tesco for your research. Be assured of good offers from both companies.

I love books and use Amazon as my main page when launching internet explorer, I browse the books and from time to time purchase ~ maybe a cookery book, but usually it is to buy a gift. More often than not I go to my local Tesco for a browse. Again some good deals are available on books and CDs from Tesco.
