Breakfast
A tangy fruit salad for breakfast with clean fresh zingy flavours.
Gordon introduces an unusual idea, in fact he has two, a fruit salad for breakfast and making the salad spicy.
In the salad Gordon uses a finely chopped chilli, tamarind and palm sugar, plus Gordon’s sercet weapon lime. All rounded of with roasted nuts and chopped pineapple.
2. Lunch
Clam noodle soup and banana Fritters
Lemongrass is the basis of this dish and is used a lot in Thai cookery.
Noodle soups quite varied, complete food.. in Asia with dumplings.
3. Dinner
Jack lends a hand as Gordon instructs how to make spicy chicken wings.
Gordon’s new book for 2013 is called Gordon Ramsay’s Ultimate Home Cooking – a totally new cook book with 120 recipes which tie in with a TV series of 20 episodes that started Monday 14 October Channel 4 at 12.05 pm.
