A big glass of home made plonk and tea is ready. Porcini sauce, raviolis in broth. Jamie cooks rabbit with bacon, onion, bay leaves....two tins of tomatoes and an ale. Tomato puree cook for 12 hours. There it is - a rabbit bolognese with ravoli.
