Master chef presenter and Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr is featured this weekend in two booklets that will be free inside The Telegraph on February 2 and 3, 2013. Michel is presenting 40 of his favourite recipes.

The booklets show dishes cooked in Michel’s restaurants – the recipes are easy to follow for those cooking at home. Recipes include starters, mains and desserts.
