I noticed James Wong’s @BotanyGeek book in Sainsbury’s and bought it immediately.
How to prepare blueberries so they release more health giving nutrients. How to prepare Garlic – this book is a gem. A must have in my opinion. Recent price is £6.99 from Amazon.
The range of foods we have available – vegetables, fruit, can all be transformed if we now how. How to store, or cook a particular ingredient. How to combine foods for maximum effect. Supercharge the nutrients inside the food to make them Bio-available for the maximum use in our bodies.
